Return & Exchange Policy

The Company offers a 7-day return policy (starting from the actual date you receive the goods) under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange

  1. The product has a quality defect (manufacturing fault).
  2. The product was damaged during shipping.
  3. The wrong item was delivered (does not match the ordered product).
    In the above cases, you may apply for a return or exchange as long as the product is in a condition that allows resale.

❌ Not Eligible for 7-Day Return (No Reason Return)

The following situations do not qualify for a 7-day return or exchange:

  1. Personalized or custom-made products.
  2. Products that have been used (for electronics, “used” means once the product is powered on).
  3. Normal wear and tear on the product or its functional parts/accessories.
  4. Outer packaging is missing or severely damaged (except for necessary unpacking), which affects the product’s ability to be resold.
  5. Any other product that, by its nature, is not suitable for return and that you have agreed at the time of purchase is non-returnable.
  6. Any other situation where the product is not in good condition for resale.

📝 How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

A. For Personal Reasons (Change of Mind, etc.)

  • Within 7 days from the date of receipt, send an email to our after-sales service center at service@mail.ypwrwsh.com.
  • Please include: order number, full name, phone number, and reason for return.
  • Our after-sales customer service will respond within 1–3 working days after receiving your email.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by you.

B. For Quality / Wrong Item / Damage Issues

  • Within 7 days from receipt, send an email to service@mail.ypwrwsh.com with the same details (order number, name, phone, and issue description).
  • Customer service will process your request within 1–3 working days.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
