Regarding Design Patents: Please clearly identify the design you believe is being infringed and provide the registration number.

Regarding Utility Model Patents: Please clearly identify the utility model you claim is being infringed and provide a court order or judgment supporting your claim.

Your Full Information: Full company name, company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Statement of Good Faith: You must declare that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the allegedly infringing material is not authorized by the intellectual property rights holder, their agent, or the law.

Statement of Accuracy (Penalty of Perjury): You must declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.

Actions Taken by the Company Upon Receipt of a Complaint
Upon receipt of the aforementioned notice, we reserve the right to take the following measures:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
Disable all links pointing to the material;
Notify the alleged infringing party that we have removed or disabled access to the relevant material;
Terminate access to and use of YPWRWSH services for any user or third party who repeatedly infringes upon the intellectual property rights of YPWRWSH or others (in accordance with our Terms of Use or policies).
